Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your Sculptra® or Radiesse® treatment. Alcohol is a blood thinner and will increase your risk of bruising.
Please stop all non-medically necessary blood thinning medications or supplements 1 week prior to your Sculptra® or Radiesse® treatment. If you have been placed on a blood thinning medication or supplement by your healthcare provider, please consult with them before discontinuing medications. Also avoid ibuprofen, NSAIDs, Excedrin, fish oil, Vitamin E, ginkgo biloba, etc., before your appointment.
