At Halcyon Mind+Body, we believe that everyone should have easy access to high-quality spa treatments. Our patient forms are designed to keep you in the know about what to expect during your visit and make the check-in process that much easier.

Our Policies

Before attending a yoga class or scheduling your spa treatment, it’s important to understand the policies we have set in place here at Halcyon. Take a closer look, and feel free to contact us or visit our FAQ page if you have any additional questions.

We accept all major credit cards—Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover—as well as Halcyon Mind+Body gift cards. We also accept cash as a form of payment. 
At Halcyon, we strive to offer a relaxing and enjoyable experience, prioritizing customer satisfaction for both services and products purchased. We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any discounted items, sale items, custom-blend formulas, special promotions, or event-offered products.

  • Non-Discounted, Unused, and Unopened Products: For any full-priced, unused, and unopened skin care products, we will offer a full refund or exchange. The products must have been purchased within a 72-hour timeframe for the refund to be valid.
  • Open Products: We will provide a full refund or exchange on opened products on a case-by-case basis. This includes situations where the product has caused an adverse skin reaction, is damaged, or is significantly different from the description on the label. Again, the products must have been purchased within a 72-hour timeframe for the refund to be valid.
  • Non-Refundable Items: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any used products. We consider a product “used” if the packaging is damaged or tampered with, even if unused. 
Just as we respect your time, we ask that you respect our staff member’s time when scheduling appointments. If you know you’re going to be late for your appointment, we ask that you call us at 855-DOWN-DOG as soon as possible so we can let your esthetician or therapist know. For all appointments, we put a 15-minute grace period in place, allowing you to receive your treatment without any financial or timeframe penalty. 

For late arrivals beyond 15 minutes or no-shows, our spa reserves the right to charge you the service price in its entirety. It will then be your responsibility to reschedule your appointment.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. To ensure our therapists’ time is valued and our services remain accessible, we kindly request that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We’ll be happy to rebook your appointment for a later date at no additional cost to you.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge your payment method on file the full price of your service. This helps us compensate our therapists who have prepared for your appointment and may not have an unfilled timeslot. 

If your cancellation falls within the 24-hour window, you may request to convert the full or partial-service price into a spa credit. This credit can be used toward any future service or spa package for up to one year. Please note that spa credits cannot be used toward retail purchases.

All of our gift cards will expire within two years of purchase, with the exception of special promotional gift cards. These limited-edition gift certificates have a shorter validity period, expiring within just one year of purchase.

If you have lost your gift card, we may be able to replace it with proof of purchase. While there isn’t a guarantee, a small replacement fee will be applied due to processing costs for new-issued gift cards.
